Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 16” is a highly prized product with a brilliant black colour. On the palate it offers a round, full, intense, enveloping and structurally complex flavour, enhanced by fruity and fresh hints. It has a decisive, delicate and fine perfume at the same time. This product is obtained thanks to the mastery handed down over the centuries by the Marchi family, which makes it possible to bring excellent Balsamic Condiments to the table every time.
The product called “La Riserva 16” is made by combining a fine Mosto Cotto from the best indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land and an intense Wine Vinegar. These two ingredients are combined and left to mature in oak barrels, then decanted into old barrels made of different precious woods. All this process allows us to create a product of the highest quality and remarkable maturity.

Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
