It boasts an elegant and harmonious fragrance, and looks like the new product of the Pregiato triptych. It is characterised by its bright black colour and remarkably syrupy consistency. This Balsamic Condiment owes its organoleptic characteristics to the Cooked Must of the highly selected indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land.
What makes the difference is also the prolonged and natural maturation in oak barrels and in small Acacia casks. These barrels allow the product to slowly release truly unique organoleptic characteristics. The Balsamic Condiment “Il Pregiato 12” is available in the elegant 100 ml Quadrotta bottle.
Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
