SABA – Cooked grape must
Saba is a natural sweetener obtained from the slow cooking of the must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes.
Cotto Saba grape must is a functional natural sweetener obtained from the slow cooking of the indigenous Modena grapes grown on our family vineyards. In the past it was served on cheeses, used to make energy drinks and even to cure sore throats. Today, it is a product that is deeply rooted in rural tradition, capable of enhancing many dishes. We have included it in our selection of Balsamic Condiments with the intention of offering solutions for all tastes and needs.

In the kitchen: Acetaia Marchi’s Cooked Grape Must is suitable for the preparation of cocktails and long drinks. It is an ideal Balsamic Condiment to flavour appetizers with soft cheeses and cold cuts (pork, turkey, etc.). This product is also perfect for adding value to fruit salads, fresh and cooked fruit mixes, ice cream, yoghurt, pancakes, cheesecake, muffins and much more.
