Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. Affinato and Extravecchio is produced using Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Salamino and Ancellotta grapes grown on family vineyards. To guarantee unique and unmistakable aromas, we always choose woods such as Oak, Chestnut, Acacia, Cherry, Rubinia, Ash and Mulberry.
