Our products
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O.
Our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. Affinato and Extravecchio is produced using Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Salamino and Ancellotta grapes grown on family vineyards. To guarantee unique and unmistakable aromas, we always choose woods such as Oak, Chestnut, Acacia, Cherry, Rubinia, Ash and Mulberry.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.
From the Lambrusco and Trebbiano vines carefully cultivated by the Marchi family, Cooked Must and Wine Vinegar are obtained, which are skilfully mixed and placed in fine wooden barrels. Thus begins the slow process of refinement and/or ageing from which Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is obtained.
Balsamic Condiments
Acetaia Marchi proposes a series of Balsamic Condiments obtained from the Cooked Must of autochthonous Modenese grapes grown in the family vineyards, combined with an excellent Wine Vinegar. After its maturation in precious wood barrels, a condiment is created that ensures an explosion of flavours that distinguishes this ancient product.
Jams, Sauces and Compotes
Acetaia Marchi offers a wide range of sauces and compotes, perfect for accompanying cheeses and enhancing the flavours of meats. These products, in which Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is once again an outstanding protagonist, are ideal for those who love to organise refined aperitifs and prepare appetisers with a unique flavour.
