The Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 11” is a unique product, which is the result of a perfect selection and blending of Cooked Must from indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land and Wine Vinegar. In our Acetaia in Modena we skilfully combine these precious ingredients and leave them to mature in small barrels made of various precious woods.
Our production methods allow us to produce Balsamic Condiments with a brilliant black colour and a balanced, full, decisive and enveloping flavour. With its elegant and harmonious fragrance, “La Riserva 11” Balsamic Condiment is available in the elegant 100 ml Esmeralda bottle.
Ingredients
Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
