Established during the last century in the outskirts of Modena, our vinegar factory is the result of a tradition handed down from father to son. Our Acetaia is based on the use of excellent raw materials and on the experience and dedication consolidated over time. This allows us to always offer a high quality Balsamic Vinegar, capable of conquering every palate.
Acetaia Marchi has multiple batteries for the maturation of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I., Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O. and more. Our products aim to make the true excellence of Modena known throughout the world. This is why we are committed to offering our customers excellent Balsamic Condiments, as well as jams, compotes, sauces and other products based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. and more. We have also included Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. in our vinegar factory.
We offer only and exclusively selected and certified products, highly qualitative, intended for authentic connoisseurs of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.D.O., Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. and Organic to families and retailers, distributors and all those who operate in the GDO and Ho.Re.Ca. sectors.
Acetaia Marchi currently offers different identities of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P., which differ from each other in terms of refinement, ageing, taste and bouquet. In any case, we offer authentic and genuine products, composed of Cooked Grape Must and Wine Vinegar, free of thickeners, colorants, preservatives, antioxidants, sweeteners and added sulfites.
We use a natural, artisanal, manual and traditional manufacturing process to make our products. This is more time-consuming than industrial procedures, but it allows us to bring the typical products of our land to our customers’ tables in the most excellent way from every point of view.
