This product offers a balanced, soft, enveloping and structurally complex flavour, accompanied by fresh tannic notes. It also has a strong and at the same time harmonious fragrance and an intense, clear and bright black colour.
This Balsamic Condiment is much loved for its remarkably syrupy consistency and for all its other countless features. Many of the latter are due in particular to the prolonged maturation of the product, first in Oak barrels and then in Acacia casks. “Il Pregiato 24′ is stored in the elegant 100 ml Quadrotta bottle.
Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
