A. SHIPMENTS TO ITALY

Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, our couriers inform us that in some areas of the country their operations are subject to limitations that may affect delivery times.

1. Who delivers my order
We use the GLS express courier service for our shipments.
Once you have entrusted your order to GLS, you can track the status of your delivery at the following link : https://www.gls-italy.com/index.php?option=com_gls&lang=it&mode=page_search&view=track_e_trace&Itemid=165 by entering the tracking code that you can request by e-mail from info@acetaiamarchi.com.

2. Shipping times
Shipping time from the moment of order*:
• Italy:2 to 4 working days. Exception for Calabria and Islands: 3 to 5 working days.
• Worldwide: Variable by country of destination. Contact the company at info@acetaiamarchi.com
*The times indicated are for guidance only. During the month of August, customer service and shipping times may take longer than usual.

3. Shipping prices

  • Free of charge for orders over € 60.00
  • € 6.50 for orders under € 60.00 (ITALY INCLUDING ISLANDS)
  • € 15.00 for orders outside Italy (EUROPE)In case of shipments to foreign countries, please contact the company via email at info@acetaiamarchi.com in order to calculate the exact incidence of shipping costs.

4. Methods of payment

a. PayPal™
Acetaia Marchi is an e-commerce system that uses the PayPal™ secure transaction system.
PayPal™ is the secure, free and easy-to-use online payment system. It allows you to send payments to anyone with an email address.
If you have a PayPal™ account you can make your purchases in complete safety, as you do not need to enter financial information for each purchase, nor share personal data with the seller.

b. Credit Card
To pay by credit card you must select Credit Card as the payment method and fill in the required fields.
The accepted credit cards are:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Visa Electron (IBAN)

5. Exchanges and returns
It is possible to exchange a purchased product. The request for replacement must be sent within 14 days from the date on which the order was placed, by sending an email to info@acetaiamarchi.com.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 206/05, given the purchase made at a distance, i.e. outside business premises, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

You can make a return for exchange or refund of one or more items purchased within 14 days of delivery of the order.

Products must not have been unwrapped or opened and must be returned including all labels and with suitable packaging to preserve the product during transport.

All returned products are subject to inspection by Acetaia Marchi and must comply with all parameters. Acetaia Marchi reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our returns policy.

Should you wish to exchange the product you have received, items that comply with the above conditions may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs and will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and tracking.

Prepare your package as per instructions:

  • Place the goods in their original packaging.
  • Place the completed return form inside the package containing the goods to be returned.
  • Attach the waybill provided by the courier to the parcel (keep and send to info@acetaiamarchi.com the tracking number relating to your order number for the return request).

*If the return request is made more than 14 days after receipt of the order, Acetaia Marchi reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.

If you have found an irregularity in the order received, (article different from the one ordered) send an email to info@acetaiamarchi.com following these instructions:

  • Please indicate in the subject line of the email the order number and the problem encountered (PRODUCT FAILED/BAGGED ORDER NUMBER _______).
  • Describe the irregularity in the body of the e-mail.
  • Provide a telephone number where you can be contacted.
  • Please attach clear photographic evidence of the incorrect product.

You will be contacted within 24/48 hours by our operator to resolve the problem and to arrange for our courier to collect the non-compliant item. Once the date and place of collection have been set, you will receive an e-mail with a waybill containing the tracking number of the shipment, which you must print and attach to the package before it is handed over to the courier.

Prepare the package according to the instructions:

  • Place the goods in their original packaging.
  • Place the completed return form inside the package containing the goods to be returned.
  • Attach the waybill you received by email after being contacted to the parcel.

*If the return request is made more than 14 days after receipt of the order, Acetaia Marchi reserves the right to refuse the exchange/refund request.

How to make a return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items that meet the return criteria can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proceed by sending an email to info@acetaiamarchi.com following these instructions:

  • Please indicate in the subject line of the email the order number and the problem encountered (PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED ORDER NUMBER _______).
  • Describe your motivation in the body of the mail.
  • Provide a telephone number where you can be contacted.

You will be contacted within 24/48h by our operator to solve the problem.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs and will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identification and tracking.
Prepare your package as per instructions:

  • Place the goods in their original packaging.
  • Place the completed return form inside the package containing the goods to be returned.
  • Send it to us at our operational headquarters.

*In the event that the request for return is made more than 14 days after receipt of the order, Valvola Fashion reserves the right to refuse the request for exchange / refund.
Exchanges are delivered within 5-6 working days from the day the return is delivered to ACETAIA MARCHI’s operational headquarters.
In order to have more precise information about your exchange, you can send an email to the following address info@acetaiamarchi.com indicating the order number, the name of the holder and the tracking code of your shipment.

Refund arrangements
The refund will be made by crediting the amount to the same payment method used to make the purchase or by means of a voucher.
You can choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Re-credit the amount in Discount Voucher to be used on our online store.
  • Bank transfer*

*In case of bank transfer, the following data must be provided:

  • First and last name
  • Tax code
  • Home address, postcode, municipality, province
  • Bank details (account holder, IBAN)

Refunds are made with different timing depending on the method of refund chosen:

  • Bank transfer – within 30 working days.
  • Paypal – within 7 working days or, if possible, immediate refund.
  • Discount voucher – within 1-2 working days or, if possible, immediately.

Working days are understood to be after the date of receipt of the return.
