Balsamic Condiment “Il Pregiato 18″ has a brilliant black colour and a remarkably syrupy consistency. It is produced by processing the best native grapes grown on the family’s land and spends most of its life in oak barrels and acacia casks. These barrels help the product to slowly release its unmistakable organoleptic characteristics.
This Balsamic Condiment conquers with its round and full, intense and enveloping taste. This structurally complex flavour, enhanced by fruity and fresh scents, combines perfectly with the strong and heady fragrance typical of this product. Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.

In the kitchen: This Balsamic Condiment is particularly recommended for the preparation of omelettes and sliced meat. It is also perfect with dark chocolate.
