The “Leggendario 32” Balsamic Condiment comes from a selection of fine native grapes grown on the family’s land, which are then transformed into Cooked Must. The latter is matured and fermented slowly and naturally in small, old barrels made of different woods.
Oak, Cherry, Chestnut, Mulberry, Juniper, Rubinia and Acacia give this Balsamic Condiment and our other products an even more intense and enveloping aroma, supporting a balanced, round, full and soft taste, accompanied by more marked tannic notes, presented by most of our Balsamic Condiments. The “Legendary 32” Balsamic Condiment, with its intense and brilliant black colour, is offered in the antique 50 ml Inkwell, thus becoming a precious collector’s item.
Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, colouring agents, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
Acidity: < 4.5%.
In the kitchen: This Balsamic Condiment is absolutely to be tried with risotto and tagliata, but also on different flavours of ice-cream.
