“La Riserva 19” Balsamic Condiment
Born from the perfect selection and blending of Cooked Must and Wine Vinegar coming from the best grapes of the territory, these precious Balsamic Condiments mature in small barrels made of different precious woods, from which they absorb their characteristic round, full, soft, enveloping note structurally complex with fresh tannic notes, with an intense, clear and bright black colour and a strong, delicate, harmonic and fine perfume.
The Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 19” is the result of the perfect selection and blending of Cooked Must from indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land and Wine Vinegar. This product is part of our precious Balsamic Condiments, which we make by leaving the chosen ingredients to mature in small barrels made of different precious woods. Thanks to these, the flavour of our products is enhanced by a round, full, soft and enveloping note.
The structurally complex taste, the intense black colour and the strong, harmonious fragrance make this Balsamic Condiment excellent from every point of view and perfect for special occasions. The product comes in the elegant 100 ml Esmeralda bottle.
Ingredients: Cooked Grape Must, Wine Vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. Contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
