Berry ice cream with balsamic dressing

Everyone knows that ice cream can taste even better if it is combined with Balsamic Condiment. Balsamic berry ice cream is definitely suited to this type of culinary combination. This recipe will teach you how to make a delicious, wholesome and homemade ice cream, which you can then enhance with one of our Balsamic Condiments.


200 ml fresh cream
200 ml fresh whole milk
100 g caster sugar
Berries to taste
Balsamic Condiment


To prepare the berry ice cream with balsamic dressing, pour the milk, cream and sugar into a small saucepan. Put it on the heat for 4-5 minutes, so that the sugar melts. Let the mixture cool to room temperature and then leave it to rest in the fridge for an hour. In the meantime, place a container in the freezer (you will need it later for the ice cream).

Take the mixture out of the fridge, blend it and place it in the freezer. Stir the mixture at regular intervals of 35 minutes. Do this until the surface is solid. Repeat the operation often to obtain a creamy ice cream, always stirring at regular intervals.

After about 5 hours, when it is ready, place it in a bowl or on a plate and add the fresh berries and Balsamic Condiment to taste.
