Description
The Grasparossa vine ripens late. This means that it can also be harvested in the last warm days before the arrival of winter. This vine produces medium-sized, long bunches with spherical, medium-sized grapes with thick, leathery skins of a blue colour tending to black.
From these grapes comes an exceptional Lambrusco wine, ruby in colour with violet hues. This full-bodied drink boasts a fruity and fresh range of aromas. On the palate, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Modena Secco provides a perfect balance of freshness and flavour, with a discreet acidity and a slightly bitter, well-structured finish.
