9,20

Walnut husks are the raw material from which an infusion in alcohol is made. After a period of ageing in wooden barrels, the final product is a liqueur with a harmonious, long-lasting and pleasant flavour and an intense aroma.

Description

Nocino Riserva liqueur is prepared just as tradition dictates. The walnuts used in the preparation of this traditional Modenese liqueur must be free of any treatment. They must also be harvested during the period of the feast of St John the Baptist, i.e. between 1 June and 15 July. The walnut husks are used to prepare the infusion in alcohol. After a period of ageing in wooden barrels, the final product is an intoxicating drink with a harmonious and pleasant flavour and an intense aroma.
