Preparation
Beef tagliata is a second course that in itself already conquers. When Acetaia Marchi Balsamic Dressing is added to it, all the flavors are enhanced, coming up with an explosion of flavor. If you are a lover of tagliata, this is definitely a second course that you should not hesitate to bring to the table.
To prepare Sliced Beef with Balsamic Dressing, first massage the meat with salt. Next, brown it 2 minutes per side over high heat on a very hot pan. Immediately cut the meat into fairly thin slices and arrange them on a baking sheet, trying not to overlap them too much. Bake the pan for 4 to 6 minutes, or only 2 minutes if you want the meat cooked medium rare. Remove the meat from the oven and arrange it on a plate, decorating to taste with arugula, Parmesan cheese, Balsamic Dressing, salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Recommended pairing
For this meat main course, we recommend pairing it with “The Precious 18” Balsamic Dressing.
