Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef
  • 30 g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • A bunch of rocket
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Beef tagliata is a main course that is already delicious on its own. When Acetaia Marchi’s balsamic condiment is added, all the flavours are enhanced, creating an explosion of taste. If you love tagliata, this is definitely a main course that you should not hesitate to serve.

To prepare the sliced beef with balsamic dressing, first rub the meat with salt. Then brown it for 2 minutes on each side over high heat in a very hot pan. Immediately cut the meat into fairly thin slices and arrange them on a baking tray, trying not to overlap them too much. Bake in the oven for 4-6 minutes, or just 2 minutes if you want the meat to be rare. Remove the meat from the oven and arrange it on a plate, garnishing as desired with rocket, Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic dressing, salt and extra virgin olive oil.
