The Balsamic Condiments from Acetaia Marchi are many, but all are characterized by the exceptional quality of the raw materials used: they are the result of the harmonious combination of cooked or concentrated local grape must with the addition of an excellent wine vinegar. The resulting blend is then aged inside ancient barrels made of various fine woods, allowing acetic fermentation to take place — an essential process that creates the explosion of flavors and aromas that define this very ancient product.

Acetaia Marchi produces only products of the highest quality, following every step of tradition and using only carefully selected raw materials. We strictly adhere to the production standards for DOP and IGP Balsamic Vinegars; furthermore, the organic certification on a selection of products represents added value for the consumer.
