Grilled vegetables with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.

1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 aubergine
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
Extra virgin olive oil


To prepare grilled vegetables with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., wash the vegetables and cut them into fairly thick strips. Grill them on a grill or a hotplate.
