This product is the result of expertly processing only cooked grape must from our family’s Modenese vineyards, vineyards where only local grape varieties are grown.

L’Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP Extravecchio vanta un sapore unico proprio grazie al suo invecchiamento minimo certificato di 25 anni. È stato ottenuto da uve di Lambrusco e Trebbiano autoctone modenesi coltivate nei vigneti di famiglia, e lasciato invecchiare in batterie con botti di legni pregiati come: Rovere, Castagno, Acacia, Ciliegio, Rubinia, Frassino e Gelso.

L’Oro Nero in questione, è prelevato esclusivamente dalle batterie personali del fondatore di Acetaia Marchi, Francesco Marchi, (da cui ne deriva il nome) essendo queste batterie le prime utilizzate per la maturazione di Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP e quindi le più antiche, il prodotto prelevabile è limitatissimo, ma al contempo è il miglior Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP Extravecchio.
