The Balsamic Condiment is obtained thanks to the mastery passed down through the centuries by the Marchi family. For its production, Cooked Must from native grapes grown on the family’s lands and Wine Vinegar are combined, then left to mature first in oak barrels and then in ancient small barrels made of various precious woods. These two ingredients come together to create a product of the highest quality and remarkable maturity.
