The product called “La Riserva 16” is made by combining a precious Cooked Must from the best native grapes grown on the family’s lands and an intense Wine Vinegar. These two ingredients are blended and left to mature in oak barrels, then transferred into ancient small barrels made of various precious woods. This entire process allows us to create a product of the highest quality and remarkable maturity.
