If you love shellfish, you will surely appreciate this recipe for prawns in Balsamic Dressing. The latter will be the finishing touch, for a dish that will win all palates, even those of the little ones. This recipe is the perfect choice to complete a menu for special occasions, in fact it is suitable for holidays, but also for simple dinners and family lunches.
Wash the prawns in cold water, then put them in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, pepper and garlic and let them brown for a few minutes.
Drizzle with the Balsamic Dressing and when the latter evaporates, add the chopped fresh parsley.
Arrange the prawns with balsamic vinegar on the plate and, if desired, again add a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and more Balsamic Dressing.
