Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, produced from wine vinegar and cooked grape must from Trebbiano and Lambruschi grapes, and aged in wooden barrels.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI features a pleasantly sweet-and-sour character and a dark, clear appearance.
It is created from the skillful blending of cooked must from the finest local grape varieties, enriched with a small yet precious amount of wine vinegar. This meeting of excellence is then left to mature slowly in ancient oak barrels, giving life to a condiment that embodies the history and authenticity of the Modena region.

Its aroma is intense and harmonious, perfectly balanced between freshness and delicacy.
The well-balanced acidic note enhances the aromatic bouquet, adding depth and complexity. An ideal ingredient to bring a touch of refinement and authentic flavor to any dish.
