The package contains the Consortium booklet in several languages, the pouring cap, and the precious ceramic spoon.
The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP Extravecchio boasts a unique flavor thanks to its certified minimum aging of 25 years. It is made from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes native to Modena, grown in family vineyards, and aged in sets of barrels made from precious woods such as Oak, Chestnut, Acacia, Cherry, Robinia, Ash, and Mulberry.
