To produce this organic balsamic vinegar, we combine the best musts with the finest wine vinegar. This blend of ingredients is then aged in ancient oak barrels. These ingredients are sourced from grapes grown on family-owned land, following organic methods.
The Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. Bronze is a 100% Organic product, particularly recommended for dressing salads and enhancing grilled vegetables or boiled potatoes.
Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Platinum
This organic balsamic vinegar also boasts a harmonious and soft flavor, with very pronounced tannic notes. With its brilliant black color and intense aroma, it manages to impress even the most discerning connoisseurs! This product is also made with the best musts and optimal wine vinegar, obtained exclusively from grapes grown using organic methods. It is then aged in ancient oak barrels.
Our Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Platinum is characterized by a very high density and a taste that makes it ideal for enhancing the flavor of fish dishes and grilled meats. It is also excellent with pears.

Another product we recommend you try is the Organic White Condiment. It is special for its straw-yellow color and its unmistakable flavor. This product is obtained exclusively from Trebbiano grapes; the cooked must and the resulting wine vinegar mixed together will create a condiment with an appreciable density, a delicate taste, and a pleasant acidic sensation.
This 100% organic product contains no preservatives, colorings, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners, or added sulfites. It is perfect for replacing classic wine vinegar.
