Today we want to talk a little about our products, focusing on sauces, jams, and preserves. To help you understand the main characteristics of the various types of foods we offer, we will present three of our products. Keep reading to get to know the Organic Sweet and Sour Sauce made with blueberries and Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., as well as the Extra Jam of Visciole. Later, we will also show you the peculiarities of the Organic Sour Cherry Preserve from Acetaia Marchi.
Organic Sweet and Sour Sauce with Blueberries and Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
To produce this sauce, we use only local raw materials, selecting genuine fruits and following traditional farming practices. We adopt slow and gentle cooking methods, which help to preserve the flavors. We do not use preservatives and do not add sugars, thickeners, or pectin.
All our sauces are like this. They are made with a high fruit content and with the addition of our Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. This combination allows us to create a delicious contrast that has the flavor of tradition.
Our Organic Sweet and Sour Sauce with Blueberries and Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. proves to be excellent when paired with cheeses like Parmesan and aged Pecorino. It is also very enjoyable when paired with ricotta. It is highly delightful on polenta crostini and can greatly enhance the flavor of game.

In addition to the blueberry sauce, we offer those made with apricots, pears, strawberries, sour cherries, and figs, all obviously enhanced by the addition of our Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
Extra Jam of Visciole
The Jam of Visciole is also a product made only with fruit and natural sugars (those already contained in the fruit), without the addition of thickeners, preservatives, colorants, or pectin. This jam is ideal for enhancing the taste of roasted meats and also pairs well with aged cheeses.
Organic Sour Cherry Preserve
Our Organic Sour Cherry Preserve is one of the most appreciated products by our customers. It is made with genuine fruits from Modena and the surrounding area, using the slow cooking methods typical of traditional farming practices.
Once harvested, the fruits are cooked in open boilers over direct heat. In practice, we reproduce the artisan recipe, thus offering an authentic product free from preservatives, colorants, pectin, and added sugars.
Our sour cherry preserve is recommended for a genuine breakfast and stands out for its particular flavor given by the high concentration of fruit.
