Born from the perfect selection and blending of Cooked Must and Wine Vinegar made from the best grapes of the region, these precious Balsamic Condiments mature in small barrels of various fine woods, from which they absorb their characteristic balanced, intense, and pleasantly tangy note, with a dark brown, clear, and bright color and a fragrant aroma with pronounced balsamic notes.
The Balsamic Condiments “Riserva 11” and “Riserva 19” are produced by selecting and blending the Cooked Must of native grapes grown on the family’s land and Wine Vinegar. These ingredients are left to mature inside precious wooden barrels. Thanks to this process and the use of high-quality raw materials, we can offer products with a unique and unmistakable flavor.
This gift set features Balsamic Condiments characterized by an intense and pleasantly acidic taste, deep and bright black tones, and a pronounced and intoxicating aroma. They are presented in elegant 100 ml Esmeralda bottles.
In the kitchen: They are particularly suitable for enhancing the flavor of boiled meats, omelettes, and Parmesan creams.
