The Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 19” is born from the perfect selection and blending of Cooked Must from native grapes grown on the family’s land and Wine Vinegar. This product is part of our precious Balsamic Condiments, which we create by allowing the selected ingredients to mature in small barrels made of various fine woods. Thanks to these, the flavor of our products is enhanced by a round, full, soft, and enveloping note.
