Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP Affinato ed Extravecchio (Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO) is distinguished by its long and special aging period carefully certified and proven by the relevant Control Body. This product is the result of expertly processing only cooked grape must from our family’s Modenese vineyards, vineyards where only local grape varieties are grown. It is characterized by a unique and unmistakable bouquet of aromas, fragrant and complex, but still well blended, penetrating and persistent. The intense flavor is bittersweet and well balanced, velvety and intense. These elements are in harmony with each other, giving rise to the unmistakable taste of our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.
