The quality of our sauces is guaranteed by the authenticity of the carefully selected raw ingredients. Organic fruit, processed using slow and traditional cooking methods, is gently cooked in open kettles over direct heat.
Thanks to this traditional artisanal method, it is possible to preserve the natural flavor of the fruit during preparation. To enhance the taste of our sauces, we use our finest Organic Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI, creating a pleasant contrast between its acidity and the sweetness of the fruit.
