The Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 11” is a unique product, born from the perfect selection and blending of Cooked Must from native grapes grown in the family’s lands and Wine Vinegar. In our Acetaia in Modena, we skillfully combine these precious ingredients and let them mature in small barrels made of various fine woods.

Our production methods allow us to create Balsamic Condiments with a bright black color and a balanced, full, decisive, and enveloping flavor. With its elegant and harmonious aroma, the Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 11” is offered in the elegant 100 ml Esmeralda bottle.

In the kitchen: This Balsamic Condiment is perfect to enhance the flavor of boiled meats and omelettes, and for the preparation of tasty Parmesan creams.
