From the harvest of our prized grapes to the ancient family barrels, we will take you on a
sensory journey to discover the different types of “Black Gold” from Modena, with tastings that
celebrate the craftsmanship and passion of generations.

Are you ready to discover how this iconic product of our territory is prepared? The guided tour opens with a relaxing walk through the family vineyard, where the process of making Balsamic from the highest quality raw materials begins.
Next, we move to the rooms of the acetaia, where aging takes place in barrels made of precious woods. Here, our guide will explain all the steps necessary to bring to life the Oro Nero di Modena, which, at the end of the visit, can be tasted in all its excellent varieties.
