stampo di 24 cm di diametro foderato con carta forno.<br \/>Mescola il burro fuso alla polvere di biscotto<br \/>Metti questo composto dentro allo stampo premendo con un cucchiaino, in modo da compattare bene la base.<br \/>Metti in frigo per almeno 30 minuti.<br \/>Metti la gelatina in ammollo, in acqua fredda<br \/>Mescola lo yogurt con il mascarpone.<br \/>Monta leggermente la panna, lasciandola morbida<br \/>A fuoco basso sciogli la gelatina nel latte con lo zucchero e l\u2019estratto di vaniglia.<br \/>Lascia raffreddare leggermente il latte e mescolalo ai formaggi.<br \/>Aggiungi con movimenti delicati la panna semi-montata.<br \/>Versa il composto nello stampo e mettilo in freezer per almeno 2 ore e mezza.<br \/>Togli la torta dal freezer, lasciarla 15 minuti a temperatura ambiente, togli la torta dallo stampo e decora con la salsa agrodolce biologica di \u201cfichi e aceto\u201d
