pr\u00e9parer les pomodorini confits, laver les tomates cerises \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau courante et les s\u00e9cher avec un torchon ou du papier absorbant ;<br>Les placer sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, puis couper toutes les tomates cerises en deux.<br>Placer du papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie et disposer les tomates cerises coup\u00e9es (c\u00f4t\u00e9 coup\u00e9 vers le haut), saler et poivrer \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.<br>Pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9 et le placer sur chaque tomate cerise, ajouter le sucre, quelques gouttes de vinaigre balsamique MARCHI Platinum Seal Modena Igp, l&rsquo;origan et enfin verser un filet d&rsquo;huile sur chaque tomate cerise.<\/p><p><br>Cuire pendant environ deux heures dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 140\u00b0, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau des tomates cerises se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9e ;<br>Faire griller du pain avec un peu d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale ; disposer le pain sur un plat de service, poser les tomates cerises dessus et, si vous le souhaitez, ajouter un autre filet
