To help you understand the main characteristics of the various types of foods we offer, we will present three of our products. Keep reading to get to know the Organic Sweet and Sour Sauce made with blueberries and Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., as well as the Extra Jam of Visciole. To produce this sauce, we use only local raw materials<\/strong>, selecting genuine fruits and following traditional farming practices. We adopt slow and gentle cooking methods, which help to preserve the flavors. We do not use preservatives and do not add sugars, thickeners, or pectin.<\/p>\n
