White chocolate semifreddo, balsamic dressing and rose syrup
It is always the ideal time to enjoy a good semifreddo with white chocolate, balsamic dressing and rose syrup. This recipe allows you to bring to the table a combination of contrasting flavours, which are skilfully combined. In general, chocolate goes very well with Balsamic Condiment. Try it as soon as possible!
INGREDIENTS:
1 yolk
50 g sugar
40 g flour
200 ml milk
150 g white chocolate
Sweetened whipping cream
2 egg whites
FOR GLASSING:
Balsamic Condiment
Rose syrup
PREPARATION:
To prepare the white chocolate semifreddo with balsamic vinegar and rose syrup, start by whipping the egg yolk with the sugar, add the flour and hot milk. Add the chopped white chocolate to the cream and bring to a simmer. Melt the chocolate and stir until the cream has thickened.
Whip the two egg whites and the sweetened cream in two separate bowls. Add the two egg whites to the cream, trying not to disassemble the mixture. Pour the mixture into silicone moulds and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Finally, arrange the semifreddo on a plate and glaze with Balsamic Condiment and rose syrup.
