Raw ham with parmesan


Parma ham
A spoonful of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI
A tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
120gr of rocket
Parmesan cheese in flakes


To prepare the dressing, place the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt in a bowl. Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the previously washed rocket to the bowl of oil, salt and vinegar and mix it with your hands until it is impregnated with seasoning.
Serve the rocket, add the parmesan flakes and the raw ham.
