Pineapple Slices with Balsamic Condiment

Pineapple is a highly nutritious, purifying and energising fruit. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and has many beneficial properties. It has a pleasantly acidic yet sweet flavour, which goes perfectly with the taste of Balsamic Dressing. This quick and easy recipe will bring a refreshing and wholesome dish to the table.


4 slices of pineapple
2 spoons of honey
1 lime
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 sprig of mint
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


To prepare the pineapple slices with balsamic dressing, put the honey and lime juice in a bowl. Soak the pineapple in it for about 10 minutes, so that it absorbs the flavours and aromas. Then grill the pineapple.

Blend the sugar and mint in a blender to obtain a tastier sugar. Place the slices on a plate and glaze with the Balsamic Dressing. Finally, sprinkle the pineapple in Balsamic Condiment with mint sugar.
