Courgette pie with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. is a dish that offers a mix of excellent flavours. It is nutritious and filling, making it an ideal appetizer for special occasions. 3 Zucchine
4 Eggs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI


To prepare the courgette pie with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., start by washing and slicing the courgettes. Cook them in a frying pan with a clove of garlic and a little oil. When the courgettes are cooked, leave them to cool and then blend them in a mixer or blender, adding the eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Pour the creamy mixture into some moulds and bake at 180° for about 15 minutes. When cooked, arrange the courgette pie on a serving plate and glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
