The Organic Sweet & Sour Strawberry Sauce & Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., proposed by Acetaia Marchi, is a product with a unique and unmistakable flavour. The quality and genuineness of the raw materials is what allows us to offer a very popular and versatile sauce, ideal for hors d’oeuvres and other preparations.
The fruit, carefully selected and picked, is placed in open boilers over direct heat and gently cooked according to the artisanal method. In this way, the fruit retains its flavour.
Our Organic Sweet & Sour Strawberry Sauce & Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is made only from organically grown fruit and the sugars naturally contained in it. The recipe is very simple and is prepared according to tradition. It does not use colouring agents, preservatives, thickeners, antioxidants or added sulphites, but has one of the highest fruit contents on the market.
To make our sauces even more special and inimitable, we have added our best Organic I.G.P. Balsamic Vinegar. This has allowed us to create a strong contrast between the acidity and sweetness of the fruit, giving unique flavours and aromas.
Our Organic Sweet & Sour Strawberry Sauce & Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is able to conquer even the most demanding connoisseurs. It is excellent with pecorino, mature cow’s milk cheese and fontina. It also goes perfectly with boiled meats, crepes and omelettes. We recommend trying it with chocolate.
