Organic fruit undergoes the slowest and most traditional cooking processes: it is placed in open boilers over direct heat and gently cooked. We prefer the simplest recipes, prepared according to tradition. All fruit and only sugars naturally contained in it. No colouring agents, preservatives, thickeners, antioxidants or sulphites added. Our Organic Sweet & Sour Apricot Sauce & Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. goes perfectly with Parmigiano and aged pecorino cheese. It is excellent on polenta croutons and indicated for the preparation of meats (especially game) and to flavour delicate ricotta.
