The Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 7” is produced by combining cooked must from the indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land and wine vinegar. These products are carefully selected and blended and then left to mature in small barrels made of various fine woods. Thanks to these, all our ingredients are enhanced with heady and special notes of flavour.
This Balsamic Condiment, with its intense and brilliant black colour, offers an intense and pleasantly acidic flavour. The product comes in the elegant 100 ml Esmeralda bottle.
Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
