The highly prized Balsamico Condiment “La Riserva 22” is characterised by its intense, brilliant black colour. With its structurally complex, round, soft and enveloping taste, it conquers every palate. Its taste is enhanced by fresh tannic notes and a strong yet delicate aroma.
This Balsamic Condiment is produced thanks to the mastery handed down over the centuries by the Marchi family. The best cooked must from the indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land and an intense Wine Vinegar is used for the production. These two ingredients are combined and left to mature first in oak barrels and then in old barrels made of various precious woods.
