The Balsamic Condiment “La Riserva 15” is made by mixing Cooked Must from indigenous grapes grown on the family’s land and Wine Vinegar. These precious ingredients are matured in small barrels made of different precious woods, from which they absorb their characteristic round, intense, enveloping and structurally complex note.
Thanks to this production process, we can offer a Balsamic Condiment characterised by fresh fruity scents and an intense, bright black colour. The product comes in the elegant 100 ml Esmeralda bottle.
Cooked grape must, wine vinegar. It is a 100% natural product. It contains no preservatives, dyes, thickeners, antioxidants, sweeteners or added sulphites.
