It has a fresh and sweet-and-sour taste, thanks to the raw materials used for its production and to the maturation process carried out inside different barriques made of precious woods. It is these very woods that give this product its unique taste, intense but pleasantly acidic.

This Balsamic Condiment is excellent for everyday use and is complemented by the Organic Sweet and Sour Fig Sauce and Organic Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, also included in this gift pack. Carefully selected organic figs are used in the preparation of this sauce, which undergo a slow cooking process very similar to those used in the past. Organic I.G.P.
