The Extra Virgin Olive Oil we offer is made from 100% Italian olives, is fragrant and boasts an intense, enveloping flavour. Anticipating the olive harvest, you can have an oil characterised by hints of almond and red fruits, notes of freshly cut grass and olive leaves. Bitterness and spiciness are the most pronounced flavour nuances for this product. These, however, are in perfect balance with each other, resulting in an Extra Virgin Olive Oil capable of conquering all palates.

With its round and structurally complex flavour, our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. Sigillo Platino boasts very persistent tannic notes. It has an intense, brilliant black colour and a decisive, delicate and decidedly appreciable fragrance. It proves to be an indispensable ingredient in the kitchen, precisely because it lends itself perfectly to more refined and complex recipes.
The persistent aromas and distinct flavours that characterise this Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I. are the result of prolonged ageing in oak barrels. Our precious wooden barrels are never completely emptied: this allows us to create a continuous circle of aromas and to enhance our products with extraordinary characteristics.
