These small spheres are a truly innovative product, capable of enhancing any dish with an intense and aromatic flavor. The pearls are the result of a complex spherification process, which begins with the preparation of a “bath” made of water and carefully selected gelling agents. Then, the chosen ingredient is dropped, drop by drop, into the bath, where a very thin membrane forms around the liquid, trapping it inside the pearl. The result is a burst of flavor at the first bite, truly unique, with an удивителен contrast between the crisp outer shell and the liquid center.
