The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Classico 12, the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Classico 16, and the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Classico 20 are produced from wine vinegar and cooked must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, aged in precious wooden barrels.
