di mezzelune di zucca con crema al Condimento Balsamico \u00e8 decisamente la scelta ideale per chi vuole portare in tavola un men\u00f9 capace di stupire. La dolcezza della zucca crea un contrasto fantastico con il Condimento Balsamico e la combinazione di ingredienti permette di portare in tavola una pietanza sfiziosa e al tempo stesso genuina.<\/p><p>Per prima cosa bisogna lavare la zucca, asciugarla, tagliarla a fette, eliminare i semi interni e sbucciarla. Successivamente si devono avvolgere le fette di zucca nella carta stagnola e cuocerle in forno a 180\u00b0 per circa un\u2019ora. Quando la zucca sar\u00e0 tenera, toglila dal forno e lasciala raffreddare a temperatura ambiente, poi passala con il passaverdure o frullala con il mixer.<\/p><p>A questo punto aggiungi gli amaretti sminuzzati e mescola con un mestolo di legno. Aggiungi il Parmigiano Reggiano grattugiato e un pizzico di sale. Mescola il tutto per amalgamare bene gli ingredienti e lascia riposare il ripieno per almeno un\u2019ora.<\/p><p>Per preparare le deliziose mezzelune di zucca con crema al Condimento Balsamico, lavora la farina con le uova e un pizzico di sale. Stendi una sfoglia sottile e ritaglia dei cerchi di pasta con un bicchiere o un coppa pasta. Disponi con un cucchiaio il ripieno in una met\u00e0 del cerchio e con l\u2019altra parte copri il ripieno chiudendo i bordi con le mani. Fai riposare la pasta ripiena su una superficie infarinata, muovendola ogni tanto in modo che non si attacchi. Metti a bollire le mezzelune in una pentola d\u2019acqua salata, girandole ogni tanto.<\/p><p>Nel frattempo prepara la crema di Condimento Balsamico: metti il burro a sciogliere in un pentolino su fuoco dolce e aggiungi il miele. Solo a fine cottura aggiungi anche il Condimento Balsamico.<\/p><p>Disponi 4 o 5 mezzelune in un piatto e ricoprile con la crema balsamica.
