con crema al parmigiano si presentano come una ricetta strepitosa, saporita e sostanziosa. Per rendere il piatto ancora pi\u00f9 buono, dargli un valore aggiunto ed esaltare al massimo il suo sapore \u00e8 possibile guarnirlo con il Condimento Balsamico. Gli gnocchi rappresentano la scelta ideale per le occasioni speciali e per tutte le volte che si desidera stupire i propri ospiti a tavola.<\/p><p>Procediamo ora con la preparazione: Lava le patate e, ancora con la buccia, mettile in una pentola con acqua salata lasciandole bollire. A fine cottura, ancora calde, sbucciale, schiacciale e mettile su un piano di lavoro infarinato. Aggiungi un pizzico di sale e la farina, impasta il tutto fino a che il composto non risulter\u00e0 compatto ma soffice.<\/p><p>Aggiungi l\u2019uovo e continua ad impastare fino ad eliminare i grumi e ad avere un impasto compatto. Dividi l\u2019impasto in tante strisce alte 3 cm e taglia gli gnocchi riponendoli su un vassoio infarinato. Per creare le rigature degli gnocchi basta farli scivolare sulla forchetta e premere leggermente. Lascia riposare gli gnocchi per 20 minuti e infine falli cuocere in una pentola grande con acqua salata.<\/p><p data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"28\">Nel frattempo prepara la crema al Parmigiano: fai sciogliere il burro in un pentolino a fuoco basso e aggiungi il latte, le patate schiacciate e il Parmigiano. Verso la fine della cottura aggiungi anche un pizzico di noce moscata e frulla il tutto.<\/p><p data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"28\">Scola gli gnocchi quando salgono a galla e uniscili alla crema di formaggio. Impiatta e versa a filo il Condimento Balsamico.
